Sequoia delivers throughout Australia and internationally. Within Australia we use Express Post and International orders are shipped through Registered Australia Post, whereby we can track any purchases easily and in a timely manner.

• Australian orders under $200AU will be charged a flat rate of $10AU for Express Post delivery*
• International orders will be charged a flat rate of $17AU for registered delivery, conditions apply.
• *Bulky items will incur an additional $30 fee and cannot be shipped internationally, conditions apply.*
International shipping costs provided above are currently at a flat rate of $17AU but are indicative only and subject to change. Sequoia reserves the right to request additional postage fees to be paid if the postage amount is in excess of the $17AU indicated. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. For further information, please contact your local customs office.
You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

Delivery Time Frames
Due to the exclusive nature of our brand, there is only limited availability of all items. If any items on your order are not available Sequoia will contact you within 2 business days.
Australian orders placed by 1:00PM AEST Monday - Friday (For in-stock items only) will be dispatched within 3 business days and are shipped via express post. Please allow 1-2 additional days for locations outside of metropolitan areas.
International orders placed by 1:00PM AEST Monday - Friday (For in-stock items only) will be dispatched within 3 business days and allow approximately 10-15 days for transit time.
Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation.
Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and Sequoia cannot be held responsible for courier delays and circumstances out of our control. We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Sequoia can not be held responsible for Express Post items once Australia Post tracking shows the item has been delivered to the address that was provided.
